Nomad IPTV Terms & Conditions
The plain-English version of what you're agreeing to when you sign up for Nomad IPTV — give it a quick read before you check out.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the rules for using the Nomad IPTV website at nomadeiptv.online and the IPTV subscription service we run there. When you sign up, start a trial, or pay for a plan, you're telling us you've read these Terms and you're okay being bound by them.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Creating an account, kicking off a free trial, or buying any plan counts as agreement to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If any of it doesn't sit right with you, please don't use the service.
2. Service Description
Nomad IPTV gives you access to a curated mix of live TV channels and on-demand video streamed over the internet (the "IPTV service"). It's a paid subscription, and you can pick from:
- Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual billing options.
- 1-screen, 2-screen, and multi-screen connection tiers.
- A free 24-hour trial — one per account.
The exact channel mix, on-demand catalog, and feature set can change from country to country and can be updated without prior notice.
3. Account Creation
- You'll need a working email address to sign up.
- Keeping your password and login safe is on you.
- Don't share your credentials. A subscription is for one household, personal use only.
- You must be 18 or older (or whatever age counts as adult where you live) to subscribe.
4. Acceptable Use
Use the service legally and don't step on anyone else's rights. Within those limits, you can:
- Stream on your own personal devices for non-commercial viewing.
- Watch in your home on as many simultaneous connections as your plan covers.
5. Prohibited Uses
The following are off-limits:
- Sharing, reselling, or handing your account access to anyone outside your household.
- Hitting the service with bots, scrapers, or automated scripts.
- Trying to work around our security or any regional restrictions.
- Recording, capturing, or storing our content to redistribute it.
- Using the service for any commercial purpose without our written sign-off.
- Anything that hammers our servers or messes with the network for other subscribers.
If you break any of the rules above, we'll suspend the account on the spot and no refund will be issued.
6. Payment & Billing
- Prices show in USD. Local taxes can be added at checkout where they apply.
- Payments are processed by trusted third parties (Stripe, PayPal, or crypto). We don't keep your card details on our servers.
- Subscriptions auto-renew on the same date each cycle unless you cancel first.
- You'll get a heads-up email before renewal — it's your call to cancel in time if you don't want to keep going.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel any time by messaging us on WhatsApp or via the contact form. The cancellation kicks in at the end of the current billing period, and you keep full access until then.
8. Refunds
What's refundable and what isn't lives in the Refund Policy. Short version: there's a 24-hour money-back window on a first-time purchase. Renewals can't be refunded.
9. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime, and most weeks we hit it. We can't promise zero interruptions, though, and we're not on the hook for downtime caused by:
- Connectivity problems on your side of the screen.
- Planned or emergency maintenance windows.
- Force-majeure events outside our control.
- Upstream channel-provider issues or content licensing changes.
10. Intellectual Property
The shows and channels delivered through the service are owned by — or licensed to — their respective providers. Nomad IPTV doesn't claim the broadcast content itself. Everything that's actually ours — the website design, code, branding and copy — belongs to Nomad IPTV.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Nomad IPTV isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages tied to your use of the service. If we ever do owe you something under these Terms, the most we'll pay back is the amount you spent on your current subscription period.
12. Indemnification
If a third party comes after us — staff or agents included — over something you did with the service or because you broke these Terms, you agree to cover those claims, costs and damages.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are read under standard international commercial law. We'll always try to sort out any disagreement through a friendly chat first; if that doesn't land us anywhere, the matter goes to binding arbitration.
14. Changes to Terms
These Terms can be updated whenever we need to — we'll bump the "Last updated" date at the top whenever they change. Carrying on using Nomad IPTV after an update means you're cool with the new version.
